Competitor TL9000 certified? Or
perhaps it was ISO 14001, or ISO9001? Six-sigma?* Or
they are even just using quality circles?? Are your customers
asking when you will be certified? Or upgraded?
AG Advice and
Support
can get you prepared for your quality certification,
ending the confusion and questions about what is required, how to
prepare, and helping your employees understand what will be required of
them and the company in general, all with minimal impact to their
regular duties. Quality Excellence for Suppliers of
Telecommunications Leadership, or QuEST, (TL) and International
Organization for Standardization (ISO) are somewhat different, and we
will help determine which makes more sense. Click the following
links now to get some idea of how QuEST and ISO differ.

If you have already been certified, or perhaps have
had several non-conformances that threaten to prevent you from obtaining
certification or remaining certified, we will assist you in
discovering where the hold-up is -- fast. Auditors are nice
people, but it's desirable to have to see them only once.
Quality certification is supposed to be
an enhancement to your company, not a headache. If you already
have a good quality system in place, you do not need to re-write your
entire company's operations just to conform to some new standard
for certification. If you do not have a formal quality system in
place, take heart, it's not as difficult as it sounds...and in addition
to letting you boast that you are certified, remember it has the
benefit of actually improving your quality!
